On March 3, 2017, David Manley was last seen by a taxi driver who dropped him off near the intersection of Water and South Water Street in New London, Connecticut.
The driver last saw him walking towards South Water Street around 2:40 pm. David hasn’t been seen or heard from since.
According to David’s family, he left their home on March 3 to pick up a friend in Montville, however he never arrived.
His family reported him missing at 5:00 pm on March 7, 2017.
Appearance
White male born on April 26, 1965. David has brown hair, hazel eyes, stands 6’1 tall, and weighs 140 pounds. His hair was pulled back at the time of his disappearance and his face was unshaved.
Manley has a limp and walks with a cane.

David was last seen wearing a black coat, blue jeans, and slip on tennis shoes.
